Do I have to farm it myself?
No. Our crew runs the Shared Farm. You get the benefits without the second job.
How do I know this actually gets built?
The plat is approved, infrastructure is in the ground, and our builder has three generations of Texas homebuilding behind it.
Is this out in the middle of nowhere?
Minutes from Bonham, about an hour to DFW. Real land, real convenience.
How do I sell my share of the farm?
Your share belongs to your lot, like a subdivision pool or park. Whoever buys your lot buys your share. The difference here is the owners can vote as a group to sell the farm itself and split the proceeds. We laid the farm parcel out on purpose so that stays an option.
What if I don't want the food?
Only the base program, The Staples, comes with ownership. Everything above that is optional, and in many cases you can pass your portion to a neighbor who wants it.
What happens when the grid goes down?
Homes are built with backup power and water in mind, and the farm keeps producing food a short walk from your door.
Can I bring my own builder or plans?
Yes. Use our plans or bring your own. You set the timeline, the finishes, and how involved you want to be.
